Why this lab exists
Information is abundant, but useful signal is still scarce. AI news, market commentary, real estate data, policy changes, and macro indicators all move quickly. The hard part is not finding more inputs. It is building a repeatable way to sort, test, and use them.
Wondy AI Lab is my working notebook for that problem.
I work with AI tools every day, and I use them to collect information, summarize filings and reports, compare data, and check assumptions. This site records the workflows and observations that are useful enough to keep.
What I plan to cover
AI News. I will follow AI updates that matter to builders, investors, and operators, with attention to what changes in products, businesses, and markets.
AI How-to. I will share practical workflows for asking AI to read disclosures, organize real estate data, track economic indicators, and turn messy information into a clearer decision process.
Real Estate and Economy. I will look at rates, policy, transactions, supply, and demand through data rather than headlines.
One principle
This is not a place for predictions dressed up as certainty. It is a place for tools, notes, and evidence. The goal is simple: use AI to get closer to the facts, and use the facts to make better money decisions.
